Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, company, business type, destination, model, application, quantity and timing information you provide. Optional uploads may include sensor labels, installation photographs, parts lists or datasheets. Our hosting service may also create limited security and access logs such as IP address, browser type and request time.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information only to review your requirement, identify possible suppliers or products, communicate technical questions, prepare quotations or samples, support an order, prevent abuse and keep necessary business records. We do not use an inquiry submission to enrol you in unrelated marketing.
Service providers and technical review
The website runs on WordPress hosting provided through Hostinger. The embedded inquiry form and optional uploaded files are processed and stored by Tally (Tally privacy notice), which sends a notification to our business mailbox. WordPress does not keep a separate copy of these Tally submissions. Uploaded-file links and copies may also be retained in our business correspondence while we handle the request. We may share the minimum relevant model, application and contact details with a selected manufacturer or supplier when necessary to answer your request. We do not sell inquiry data.
Website analytics
Where enabled and permitted, we use Google Analytics through the Site Kit by Google plugin to understand how visitors find and use this website. Analytics data may include referral or campaign information, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction timing. We use this information to improve site content, navigation and the inquiry process. Logged-in website administrators are excluded from Analytics tracking. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation. Analytics collection may be limited where consent is required and has not been provided.
International processing
Because we serve international industrial buyers, information may be processed in China and in locations used by our hosting, email and supplier service providers. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for the inquiry and use access controls available to those services.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are reviewed and normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected to an active quotation, sample, order, dispute, tax or legal obligation may be retained for the longer period reasonably required for that purpose. A deletion request may be made using the contact above.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal information associated with your inquiry, or object to further contact. We may need to retain limited information where required for an active transaction, security, dispute or legal obligation. Please identify the inquiry email address so we can locate the relevant record.
Before submitting
Provide only the technical and business contact information needed for the request. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials, personal identity documents or unrelated confidential files. If a document contains third-party information, confirm that you are authorised to share it.
