APPLICATION REVIEW CHECKLIST

What to prepare for
a double-sheet review.

A practical checklist for machine builders, integrators and sourcing teams.

Start with the required detection result.

Explain whether your machine needs a missing/single/double-sheet state or a dimensional measurement. This distinction affects which product should be reviewed.

1. Describe the material.

Provide material type, thickness and any coating, holes or unusual structure. Show a representative sample and describe whether the material varies between production jobs.

2. Show the feeding path.

Describe how sheets move and overlap, where detection is needed and the available sensor positions. Photos, a sketch and a short process video can help explain the installation.

3. State the machine interface.

Add the supply voltage and the controller input if known. Explain which detected state should trigger the machine action.

4. Include the purchasing context.

State quantity, destination, timing and whether sample testing is needed. Do not assume performance on a different material from a catalog demonstration.
